been creating dolls since she was 9 years old. You won't want miss this

Sue Van Wassenhove -
Sue, who lived in Florida for many years, shares her
passion for the Everglades in thoughtful poems
and - in an unusual twist - breathtaking
quilts, creating a one-of-a-kind poetry book for readers to savor.
A former middle school art teacher and foreign language teacher, Sue has lived
in Austria, Switzerland
and Russia. She is an avid bird watcher, and while residing in Miami, Florida
she was inspired during
her frequent visits to the Everglades to quilt the illustrations and write the
poems in her first book, which
she will have with her for this exhibit and will happily autograph for you!
