Education - Becky Baird Community Quilts - Lauralye Beck Newsletter - Carol Bolliger Sunshine - June Walmsley Raffle Quilt 2009 - Candy Close and Lauralye Beck Librarian - Susan Mastry Hospitality - Bev Thompson Social - Carol Thorn Travel - Open Quilt Show 2009 - Susan Slaton and Gert Dussault Liaison to Church - Melinda Jones Meeting Schedule: Our club meets every Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 401 W. Henry Street, Punta Gorda, Florida We have a business meeting on the second Friday and follow this with "show and tell", a wonderful mini show put on by our members. Check our Show and Tell for some pictures of these beautiful quilts. All the other Fridays of the month are devoted to working on our individual projects or special classes set up by our education committee. Visitors are welcome any Friday but are asked to limit their visits to two times before they decide whether to join our Guild or not. Membership: Our membership dues are $30.00 per year and our year runs from January to January. If someone joins in the last quarter of the year, there is a reduced rate of $6.00. |
